Fundamental Teacher Training (200hr)

This training is for everyone who either feels the call to become a yoga teacher, or who simply wishes to dive deeper into their own yoga practice.
In this training you will learn how to teach a class in a safe, effective and functional way.
We will dive deeply in the how and why of asanas, and as anatomy is an important part of our training, you will learn about the bones and the main muscles of the body used in yoga.

Tuition is €2650,-
Includes a €175,- application fee.
During the training you can take free classes at Open Yoga and receive a 10% discount on our workshops.
Books and supplies are not included in tuition and fees. Approximate cost for required books is €125,-.

The graduation ceremony will take place on Saturday 23 November from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
