Yoga
7 day retreat: Change
Are you at a point in life where you’d like a change? Do you want to continue on a different path, but are you unsure how and where to begin?
This 7 day retreat might be for you!
You’re going back to basics and off the grid in Spanish nature, for 7 days of introspection and sincerity.
With yoga, meditation, walks, good talks and excercises to help you with your process.
You can join the activities or simply contemplate life sitting on a rock. You can be who you are. This retreat is simple and pure.
- 16 – 22 September 2024
- You’ll sleep in a big tent, shared with one other person.
- There will be max. 4 participants
- This retreat is hosted on a mountain close to the town of Batea.
- The retreat costs € 970. Travel costs are not included in this price.
Yoga
4 day retreat: Feel Good
During this 4 day retreat you’ll be free in Spanish nature.
We’re going back to basics & off the grid. Every day there is the option to do yoga, go on walks and meditate. We’ll have good conversations and will eat delicious food.
You’ll sleep in a big tent, shared with one other person.

Who are we?
We are Mandy and Jolanda! Both of us have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. We still learn about yoga and life. We’d love to do this together with you!
After having owned a yoga studio for years, Mandy now lives off the grid in Spain on her own mountain. She would love you to invite you to go off the grid and do yoga together.
Jolanda owned a yoga studio for 8 years and now teaches classes and trainings at different studios and retreats on beautiful spots in the Netherlands and abroad.
