Frequently asked questions and practical information
Nice that you are coming to do yoga with us!
But how do you actually book a class? And how do you choose a class that suits you?
We answer the most frequently asked questions:

Classes
Which class do I choose?
We choose to offer many different forms of yoga, so there is something for everyone.
Do you want to do active yoga? Then choose Basics, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha Refine, Power&Play or YogaHour.
Would you rather take it a bit easier? Then choose Yin, Stretch&Flex, Restorative Yoga, Yin MFR or YinYang.
We teach almost all class types in a room that is heated with infra red lamps, so you will see Hot behind it on the schedule.
Are you pregnant? Always tell the teacher and don't do a hot class. We teach pregnancy yoga, but you are also welcome in the Basics or one of the quieter classes. You're welcome in every term of your pregnancy.
Level
Which level do I choose?
We choose to offer two levels of yoga, so you determine the intensity yourself.
All level: For everyone, whether you are just starting out or have been doing yoga for a while!
Intense: Experienced yogis (+/- 1 year of experience), the postures are a bit more complex and sometimes it goes a bit faster.
More practical information
How do I reserve a lesson?
Always reserve your lesson via your account and login. Or download the Open Yoga app in the App Store or Google Play Store to book your classes via your tablet or phone.
Here you can also purchase a card or subscription, take an online class via the video library or book a workshop or course.
Always unsubscribe if you cannot come. If you do this 2 hours in advance you will get your credit back.
What do I bring?
Always bring your own towel to place between your head and our props (for instance: pillows or blankets). We have yoga mats and all other materials for you. If you prefer to bring your own mat, that is of course also possible!
Are you doing a Hot class? Please bring your own mat for hygiene reasons or rent a yoga towel from us for 1 euro.
Preparing for an online class
Create a nice spot for yourself, place your yoga mat somewhere where you have a little space around the mat. Make sure you have a blanket and/or pillow at hand. You can use blocks or books as a platform.
