I first started practicing yoga in Australia and while I experimented with various yoga practices it wasn’t until I moved to California that I truly fell in love with it. There, I completed my 200-hour training at Zuda Yoga in Sacramento focusing on (power) vinyasa yoga.

Since then, I have taught in different countries and completed additional training integrating more styles. With a degree in neuroscience, I could tell you all about the benefits of yoga for your brain but as a yoga teacher I want you to experience it for yourself.

My classes are sometimes fast and dynamic, sometimes slow and strong but always mindful and breath focused. I aim to create playful sequences to help build strength and flexibility.

Yoga has helped me find self-compassion and the realization that every day offers an opportunity to start fresh. With that mentality I strive to create an inspiring, safe environment for everyone to explore and expand within their own body and mind. Come and join me on the mat!
