About yoga teacher Sabrina
I discovered yoga in 2022, starting with online videos before joining Open Yoga, and it quickly became an essential part of my life. Yoga has since grown into a daily ritual; every morning begins with an Ashtanga practice that energizes me and sets a positive tone for the day.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, deepening my practice and passion for teaching. As a postdoc working on astronomical instrumentation at radio frequencies, my work can be intense, but yoga helps me find mental balance and release stress. I also love traveling and exploring new cultures, and I find that yoga connects me to a global community wherever I go.
People often see me as a “little monkey” because I love being in funky positions, whether it’s watching TV upside down or playing on the ground. (Fun fact: I was born in the year of the monkey!)
I focus mainly on active, dynamic styles like Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Power&Play. I enjoy blending movement, strength, and fun while sprinkling in elements of astronomy, yoga philosophy and mythology to enrich the experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I aim to create a space where you can challenge yourself, play, and find your inner balance.
I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
