About yoga teacher Nadine
Hi, my name is Nadine. I’ve been dancing since I could walk. As a child and adult I have been involved in all kinds of dance and in recent years I have practiced a lot of martial art (Taekwon-Do) and all kinds of yoga. In particular Hatha Yoga, Sup Yoga, Acro Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mama-Baby Yoga and Hot Yoga.
I obtained my 500 hrs diploma in Alignment Based Hatha Yoga and also completed the Birthlight Pregnancy Yoga and Mama-Baby Yoga training.
In my classes I think it is important that you get into the postures safely and well aligned and that all muscle groups are properly addressed. I would like to offer you some insight into your own abilities and a joke to relax.
I like to build up my lessons slowly and include both static and dynamic yoga postures, in combination with components such as meditation and breathing techniques.
I hope that while practicing yoga you can let your life energy flow again, gain new insights and find relaxation.
