After taking yoga classes myself for years, I completed my yoga training (225 hours) in Toronto, Canada with additional restorative teacher training from Todd Norian and Marla Meenakshi Joy. In my classes, a lot of attention is paid to the alternation between quiet meditative postures and challenging dynamic asanas.
