Program
The journey
This program is a journey into the heart of the wisdom that lies within you. It will help you to tap into your creativity, find your authentic expression of yoga and deliver clearly and precisely the message you wish to share with your students.
We will dive deeper into the art of teaching yoga. We’ll explore subtle body practices of breath and meditation and how to share these with others. We’ll work on weaving philosophy into your classes. Together through practice, teaching and kind detailed feedback we will clear a path for the inner teacher to shine.

About the teacher
About Kenny
Kenny Graham has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and is a registered teacher at the highest level E-RYT 500. He taught over twenty teacher trainings worldwide. Kenny has a strong knowledge of aligned movement, biomechanics and the therapeutic applications of yoga. He works with people from all walks of life with varying conditions and therapeutic concerns. Kenny has helps to guide people back towards optimal health and offers them a greater sense of freedom in their bodies.
