At Open Yoga in Groningen we provide yoga for everyone! Beginner, experienced, down-to-earth, spiritual, more or less flexible, or a healthy mix of all of the above – you are welcome with us. We have solid roots: in our spacious, bright studio we have been providing yoga classes, in-depth events and teacher training for over 10 years at a beautiful location in the middle of the city.

With us you can do yoga wherever and whenever you want. With over 60 lessons per week on the schedule, you always have something to choose from. Thanks to a wide variety of teachers and lesson formats, we ensure that there is always a lesson that meets your needs. By the way, did you know that we are the only studio in town with hot yoga?
The studio is open every day. In addition, you can take our online yoga classes at any location and at any time. All lessons can be booked in our own app.

Looking for more depth in your practice? Sure! In addition to yoga classes, we regularly host workshops, courses and retreats.
Are you so inspired that you also want to become a yoga teacher? Then you can follow a Fundamental or Advanced teacher training course with us. For this purpose we regularly have internationally renowned yogis visit. We are the only yoga studio in the Northern Netherlands with a Yoga Alliance registration for both the 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training.

Logically, we believe that yoga is good for everything, but there is of course more to the field of self-care & spirituality. That is why you can come to us for massage, nutritional advice and Qigong. We also organize a donation-based Kirtan every month!
